Acclimating a New Specimen to Your Tank

• Turn the lights off on tank.
  
• Float the bag for 15-20 minutes to adjust the water temp in bag to the tank.
  
• Open the bag and either roll the top down to allow it to float, or clip the bag on side of the tank.
  
• Add a cup of tank water to the bag every 4-5 minutes until the bag is 3/4 full.
  
• Empty out approx 1/2-3/4 of water from the bag and repeat, adding a cup of water until the bag is near full.
  
• Remove specimen and dispose of water. Avoid allowing any water from the bag into your tank.
