For our maintenance customers:

Atlantis Aquariums Inc. guarantees most of our livestock for a three day period.  However, because of the increased level of care required for some species, they have been designated as "Delicate" and we cannot guarantee them after arrival and introduction.

• Guarantees are only offered to customers that have a maintenance contract with Atlantis Aquariums Inc.

• We must be notified within 72 hours from the introductions of the livestock.

For our in-store customers:

Atlantis Aquariums Inc. provides a three day guarantee for in-store purchases of most livestock. 

Please bring specimen back along with a separate water sample.  To qualify for replacement, water parameters must be zero for ammonia and nitrites, nitrates less then 20ppm, pH minimum of 8.0, and salinity within the range of 1.021 - 1.025.

Atlantis Aquariums Inc.  reserves the right to replace specimen with like or similar specimen based on current availability.
